  1. What a cool idea. I’m always looking for ways to use my smartphone as a tool for wellness instead of just a drain of my attention and energy. Are the 3 minute meditations different from the 15 minute ones, or is it the same images and sounds on loop for a longer period? Also, do you know if there are benefits to using the program for longer periods? 15 minutes doesn’t sound like much, but it can be a tough thing to find 15 uninterrupted minutes in a day sometimes!

    1. It sure helps you get the good benefits from your phone instead of all the bad news. The sessions are identical whether you use it for 3 minutes or 15 minutes. It just plays at a faster rate of speed but you receive the same benefits as your brain can assimilate the information either way. I’m usually busy so I pretty much always use the 3 minute setting and it’s really made a positive difference. 

    2. Positive PRime is actually pretty amazing and powerful. And to answer your question, you get to choose how long you watch a session. At faster speeds your other than conscious mind takes over to impact your habits and make those changes you’re looking for. At the slower speeds your conscious mind is more in ‘charge’, ready to absorb and sometimes argue with the statements that flow by. Change happens at both slow and fast speeds.

It also gave me great insight into why I have such a hard time loosing weight as well as getting rid a lot of my other bad habits. I wish I could rewire my mind. Great tips in here.   3. Thanks for your post.  I still remember how nervous I was before the belly dance performance two weeks ago.  I couldn’t stop thinking of the steps.  And I couldn’t enjoy the performance of other classmates.  

    Before reading your post, I don’t really know about positive prime.  It sounds so good that the length of the session can be 3 minutes and 15 minutes. And the benefits stay with you for 5-7 hours after you watch a session.   I would love to have a try if I perform again in the future.
